Reception hours
Staffed 07:00–23:00 every day. Through the night the telephone rings to the duty manager, who is in the building.
Replies
We read email in the morning and again at six. Most messages get an answer the same day, and every one within two working days.
You can't book through this site. A person holds your room or table, whether you write or telephone, and these pages never take payment.

Lost property
We keep lost property for three months in the bonded hall and post it on at cost. Telephone reception with your room number and the date.
Press and photography
Write to the same address, marked for the duty manager. Filming isn't allowed in the gallery at any hour.
Groups
We take up to twelve rooms at once, or the whole of Vaaka on a Sunday or Monday. Please write with your dates instead of telephoning.
Complaints
If you possibly can, tell the duty manager while you're still in the building. Afterwards, write, and a named person will reply to you personally.
